How do I cancel my Showmax subscription?

There are different ways to cancel your Showmax subscription, depending on how you initially subscribed.  

 

You subscribed on the Showmax website

If you've subscribed directly through Showmax.com and want to cancel your Showmax subscription, you can do it at any time online.  Follow these simple steps: 

 

1. Go to Showmax.com and sign in.
2. Go to Account via the top-right menu bar.
3. Select Plans and Payment.
4. Select Manage Plan.
5. Select Cancel Plan and follow the instructions.

 

Good to know: You cannot cancel your Showmax subscription through the app as it is separate from the app stores. 

 

You subscribed through a partner provider

If you subscribed through a local provider, you would need to cancel your subscription directly with them.
