What are the HDCP and DRM requirements for my device?

You will need hardware compatible with DRM and HDCP to enjoy our content. This means that as well as your device, all accessories (e.g. HDMI cables, connected displays and monitors, and anything else in between) must also be DRM and HDCP compatible.

Android Devices

Devices where only DRM software is supported will only get Standard Quality (SD) when streaming.

To stream with High-Definition quality, all accessories (e.g. HDMI cables, connected displays) need to be HDCP supported.

Full HD quality is available for devices with DRM and HDCP support.

Apple Devices

All iOS devices and TVs support HDCP and DRM.

Web browsers

Web browsers are generally HDCP compliant. However, older versions of Microsoft Edge will only be able to watch content in Standard Quality (SD).
