There are different ways to cancel your Showmax subscription, depending on how you initially subscribed.
I subscribed on the Showmax website.
If you've subscribed directly through our site, showmax.com and want to cancel your Showmax subscription, you can do it at any time online. Follow these simple steps:
1. Sign in on the Showmax website.
2. Select Account on the top menu bar.
3. Select Plans and Payments.
4. Select Manage Plan.
5. Select Cancel Plan.
It's important to note that you cannot cancel your Showmax subscription through the app as it is separate from the app stores.
I subscribed through a partner provider.
If you subscribed through a local provider, you would need to cancel your subscription directly with them.
