Troubleshooting issues adding Showmax to my DStv Account

Something went wrong

Retry payment in private browsing mode 

If you're seeing a Something went wrong error message, try using a different browser or opening your current browser in incognito mode. Here are the instructions for using incognito mode in the browsers we support:

Turn on Safari Private Browsing

Sign out of your Showmax account

Sometimes simply signing out and signing back in can resolve a variety of issues. Follow the instructions below to sign out of your Showmax Account:

  1. In the Showmax app’s homepage, click on your avatar
  2. Click on the Account button and go to Settings.
  3. Select Sign Out  at the bottom of the screen. 
  4. Wait a few minutes and sign back in.

If you've received an error message during sign up, saying you already have a Showmax Account, please Contact Us and a customer service agent will investigate the issue.
