Can I get a refund for M-Pesa vouchers?

Showmax USSD MPESA vouchers may be refunded if:

 

• You paid into the wrong Paybill.
• We billed you incorrectly due to an issue on our end. Issues can include:
  • Multiple billings on the same account.
  • Billing incorrect amounts.
  • Billing on incorrect dates.
  • You did not receive the correct Showmax subscriptions.
  • The Showmax voucher was not sent.

 

Good to know: All queries are subject to internal investigation before vouchers are refunded.
