If you are having trouble streaming content when connecting to an external display, here are some troubleshooting tips to help you resolve the issue.
Check your device and connections
A HDCP compliant display connection is required when connecting an external display. If the connection is not compliant, playback will be disabled. For more information on HDCP, take a look at What are the HDCP requirements for my device?
Check casting limitations
