How do I update my Smart TV's firmware?

This process varies depending on the make and model of your Smart TV.

Samsung Smart TV

1. Go to samsung.com.
2. Enter the model number of your TV in the search box e.g ES6600.
3. Select your model from the search results.
4. On the product details page, scroll down to the Support (or Firmware) section.
5. Open the Upgrade Guide for instructions on how to upgrade your TV.

LG Smart TV

1. Go to lg.com.
2. Enter the model number of your TV in the search box e.g. 65LB720T.
3. Select your model from the search results.
4. On the product detail page, select the Product Support button.
5. Select Software Update tab.
6. Open the Software Upgrade Guide and follow the relevant instructions.

Hisense Smart TV

On your Hisense Smart TV, select Settings > About > System Update > Check Firmware Upgrade.
