I forgot my password, how do I reset it?

Follow these steps if you lost access to your Showmax account: 

1. Go to showmax.com/forgot. 
2. Enter the email address linked to your Showmax account. Select Continue.
3. Check your email for instructions on how to reset your password.
4. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password and save it. 

Please note the link will only be valid for 3 hours after request. 

If you did not receive the password reset link, check your junk mail or click the Resend button. 

Tips for a strong password  

Here are some tips for creating a strong password: 

1. Make your password at least 10 characters long.
2. Use a combination of letters, numbers, upper case, and special characters.
3. Avoid personal information and real names.
4. Remember, the more random your password is, the stronger it will be.
