How do I add my Showmax subscription to my DStv Account?

  Follow the below steps to add Showmax to your DStv monthly subscription.

 

1. Go to the MyDStv Self- Service website or app.
2. Sign in using your DStv customer details.
3. Click My products, and go to Subscriptions, then select your active DStv subscription.
4. Select the plus sign (+) on “Add to This Subscription”.
5. Go to the Showmax banner and click (+) Add.
6. Click on Accept to accept the quote for adding Showmax.
7. On the payment options page, you will be prompted to make payment if required.
8. Click Continue to Showmax.
9. Create an account if you don't have Showmax yet or sign in with your Showmax customer details if you're already a Showmax subscriber.
10. Start watching.

     

If you are already a Showmax subscriber paying by credit card, your existing payment methods will automatically be paused. If you              cancel your DStv account or are suspended by DStv, your old payment methods will apply.
