Criteria for getting a refund on Showmax


Below are some of the qualifying criteria that are valid for processing a refund:

 

  • You created two accounts with the same payment details, and one account has never been used for streaming.
  • Showmax billed you incorrectly, for example:
    • Double billing.
    • Billing incorrect amounts.
    • Billing on incorrect dates.
    • Billing without providing a subscription.
  • If you can prove that you cancelled or requested a cancellation on time, and it was not actioned, and that there has also not been any viewing on the account.
  • You qualified for a promo based on the promo criteria, but didn’t get that promo.
