Email saying my Showmax account information has been updated


If you've received an email stating that your Showmax email, password, or payment method has been updated without your knowledge, please follow these steps: 

 

  1. Change the password for your account immediately.
  2. Contact us and we will look into it.

 

Note: If you are using multiple devices to watch Showmax, make sure to enable the Enhanced Security feature on the website to ensure that you are the only one who can make changes to your Showmax account.
