How do I delete my Showmax account and data?

If you have asked us to delete your Showmax account, we will send you updates on the progress of your request by email. 

 

As data is sensitive, we will need to confirm your identity before proceeding with your data request. If you are making the request on behalf of someone else, we will also require proof that you have their authorisation.

 

Deleting your information alone may not stop any future payments, including automatic renewal charges for subscriptions. It is your responsibility to review, manage, and cancel your payment obligations. For instance, if your subscription is billed through a third party like Apple or the Google Play Store, you may still be charged.
