How do I change my password?

Follow these steps if you can access your Showmax account and want to change your password:

 

1. Go to Showmax.com and sign in.
2. Go to Account via the top-right menu bar.
3. Select Settings and click Reset Password.
4. Check your email address is correct, and click Continue.
5. Check your email for instructions on how to reset your password.
6. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password and save it.

Tips for a strong password  

Here are some tips for creating a strong password: 

1. Make your password at least 10 characters long.
2. Use a combination of letters, numbers, upper case, and special characters.
3. Avoid personal information and real names.
