I've signed up for Showmax but I'm being asked to sign up again


If you've already signed up for Showmax, but are being asked to subscribe again before you watch Showmax content, take a look at the common issues below for troubleshooting steps:

 

Check your Showmax plan is active

You need an active plan to watch Showmax content. To check your plan is still active:

  1. Go to Showmax.com and sign in.
  2. Go to Account via the top-right menu bar.
  3. Select Plans & Payment.
  4. Check your current plan in the Your Plan section.

If you see a Not Subscribed message in the Your Plan section, it means your plan may have expired or your payment may have been declined. You can add a new Showmax plan by clicking the Add Plan button in the Add Plan section of your Account.

 

Check your plan type

Your Showmax plan determines which Showmax content you can watch and on which devices. Take a look at What Showmax Plans and Packages are available? for more information on Showmax content, or What is the difference between All Devices and Mobile Only plans? to check you're using the right device for your plan.

 

Check you're using the correct Showmax Account

Typos happen! Double check you're using the right email address or mobile number to sign into your Showmax Account. This should be the same email address which received confirmation of your sign up and successful payment.
