What to do if you've received an email saying there was a problem with payment


If you've received an email saying there was a problem with payment, this may have been for a number of reasons, such as lack of available funds, or card expiry.

Please check if your card has enough funds and if it is still valid. You may need to update your payment method.

Retry order attempts

In case your subscription renewal doesn't go through, we will try charging your card every day for three straight days and then every other day after that for up to 27 days or maximum of 15 attempts. If payment for your subscription fails after multiple attempts, your plan will be automatically cancelled.
