Troubleshooting sign in issues


Having trouble signing in to Showmax? Follow the troubleshooting steps below to try to get you back into your Account:

 

Check you're using a supported device

See a list of devices which support Showmax.

 

Verify your email address and mobile number

If you can sign in on Showmax.com, but not on the Showmax app, you may need to verify your email address or mobile number.

Check your Account credentials

Typos happen! Double check you've entered your email address or mobile number, and password correctly.

If you still can't sign in, try resetting your password or try signing in using your mobile number instead of your email address.
