How do I get a refund on a voucher?

Kindly note that Showmax does not process refunds on vouchers or promocodes.

 

• Once a voucher has been received, it is non-refundable or exchangeable for cash.
• Once a voucher has been captured, it is not assignable to another Showmax account.
