There are a few limits to keep in mind when downloading Showmax content:
Limits to the number of complete downloads
There is a limit of 25 complete downloads per account, across all your devices. Delete content in your Download Manager to free up download slots.
Limits to the number of downloads of the same content
There limits to the amount of times you can download the same movie or series episode. This varies depending on the studio. You will receive a notification if you reach these limits.
Limits to my device storage
You will only be able to download content on your device if your device has enough storage space for the download. To maximise the space on your device, make sure to select a lower download quality before downloading, as this will result in the smallest possible file sizes being downloaded.
