Below are some of the criteria that may qualify you for a refund for your Showmax plan:
- You created two accounts with the same payment details, and one account has never been used for streaming.
- Showmax billed you incorrectly, for example:
- Double billing.
- Billing incorrect amounts.
- Billing on incorrect dates.
- Billing without providing a subscription.
- If you can prove that you cancelled or requested a cancellation on time, and it was not actioned, and that there has also not been any viewing on the account.
- You qualified for a promo based on the promo criteria, but didn’t get that promo.
