Amito learns that her husband took many loans which she didn't know about. Obere goes to his secret wife in Luwero, who gave him a son, and so he tries to meet her every demand.
Amito questions Obere about the loans, and demands for her land title back. Obere tries to make love to her to cool down her temper, but things end in an unexpected way.
Amito has to deal with May and Pearl, who pester her about their father. Where did he go? Why did he run away? There are holes in her story.
Amito discovers that her husband's debt problems are even bigger than she at first imagined when a court broker comes to her house, demanding payment.
The Detective questions Oketcho, brother of Obere, who turns things around and instead suggests that Amito might have killed her husband.
Amito returns home to find a supermarket manager asking for overdue payment from May, and they notice the things Obere took from the supermarket.
Court Brokers take over Obere's shop, a big blow to Amito for the stock was a lot more than what they owed, but the court has ruled.
The police search the house, and look at the backyard, where they question Amito from the grave-tree.
A woman shows up at Amito's house in search for Obere. She threatens to abandon her children there.
Amito attacks her brother-in-law Oketcho at his home, asks him if he knew about Obere's many concubines.
Detective Ssezibwa brings Amito a document he has come upon, which shows that Obere was building a house in Luwero.
Justine shows up, she is a 'cousin' to Obere, and Amito opens up to her about how hard it is, Oketcho, and all his plans to take the property.
Amito goes to an office where she pays for the 'supplies'. Justine sings praises of her name telling her how she is a very foresighted woman.
Amito tries to get hold of Justine and goes to Oketcho, but Oketcho has no idea of any cousin called Justine.
May tries to illegally access information to track down Justine, to help her mother, and her supervisor almost catches her.
Mr. Juma plots to frame Amito to get her fired. He pays one of her students to seduce her.
Dyan still curious about the tree calls Bobi to cut it and dig it up. What they discover shocks even Amito.
Amito is shocked. Relieved, though confused. She confesses to her daughters, what happened, and now her confusion "Did she really bury him?"
Amito is having nightmares about Obere while May continues to obsess over Justine and her whereabouts.
May finds Justine's residence, after tracking down the many phones on the call logs. She asks a fellow student to help out.
May and Pearl have a plan to out their dad, but Amito is emotional and charges into Justine's home. She is disappointed to find Justine dressed as a man.
Amito goes to Mr. TT's office, and presents her marksheet, and tells him to look at the final marks online. She shows him Juma' blackmail messages.
Amito attends a meeting where she is suspended to give way to investigation. Mr. TT is sad to dismiss her, but he explains that his hands are tied.
May looks into the servers with Mr. TT's permission and finds that her mother logged out and was at a supermarket.
Amito goes to work to meet the interview commission, on returning, she finds Oketcho and policemen in the backyard, at the suitcase.
May tells Pearl they have a good lead, and go to see Mama Emily, but on reaching there, there is many people, and Pearl sees someone who looks like their father.
Amito's lawyer advises her not to go for clan meeting, and Oketcho's lawyer serves her another letter summoning her.
Oketcho and his lawyer brings the clan meeting to Amito's house, forcefully. She orders them to leave.
May follows up on information she got from Green Hat, follows the paper trail with the money he was paid and joins the dots.
Amito gives May Obere's phone, which she has kept hitherto a secret, maybe May can hack it to find something?
Amito's first day of work is not as good as she had imagined. Students (influenced by Juma) have made memes about her on exam cheating and circulated through school.
May unlocks her father's phone and looks through his messages. She finds all his secret families, and other women he was seeing.
Amito confronts Mr. TT about how his wife is involved in the abduction of her daughter. Mr. TT pleads with her.
Obere comes back home, there is tension. The children have many questions especially on why he's been gone and his many families.
Mr. TT approaches Amito and suggests they DNA test all her daughters so as to be sure he is not a father to any.
The DNA tests come out and one of them is not Obere's child. Dyan bribes the doctor's to keep the results secret.
Oketcho puts juju in the cake, gives to a boda guy who delivers to Amito, and the boda says it has come from her daughter May.
Oketcho's wife gives Obere more juju, she tells him to keep in his pocket and he should press it when talking to his family. Does it work?
The ministry writers to the school, telling about Juma' misconduct, and that he is under investigation and they are going to revoke his teaching license.
May discovers that Mrs TT has bribed her way out of jail, but she can't know who did the bribing. Still, a panic moment, the kidnapper is back on the street.
Juma tells Obere that one of his children is not his, and he also reports to the board that one of their teachers is going through a divorce.
Obere comes with a doctor and lawyer to take samples forcefully, the girls refuse. Obere has told them that one of them is not his daughter.
Juma gets to know about the DNA results, and sends it to the board as proof that Amito was unfaithful to her husband, citing the school rules.
Oketcho gets wind of the DNA result from Mrs. TT and Juma, and takes this to his lawyer, who says he can use this to throw her out of her own home.
Oketcho and wife plot to take out Obere. They have taken out a loan and there is pressure. Justine is demanding for his share and lawyer.
Obere is not eating, because no one is cooking for him. So Oketcho and his wife plot to poison him, they bring him poisoned food.
Amito settles out of court with the school, they offer her a sum and her terminal benefits, which she agrees to and decides to look for a new job.
Pearl comes home, finds Mum depressed in the living room, and learns Obere has a concubine in the bedroom, locked in.
Amito wins her appeal, and the judge overrules the previous decision. Obere has no right to her house.
Obere goes to Oketcho for accommodation, but Oketcho and his wife are not amused and hurl insults at him. Obere gets suspicious of Oketcho.
Obere has come to congratulate his wife, but also to ask for a small envelop to help him start off in the village.
At home the party being set up, Mr. TT comes by, and his helping, but there is friction with him and the girls.
- After her husband's accidental death, she must use her wits to stay out of jail, fight her inlaws and deal with three daughters struggling to live in the social media age.
