Loyiso's life comes crumbling down when two key witnesses take the stand. Loyiso's son is haunted by memories of his mother and the revelations of what his father may have done to her.

Everyone is on tenterhooks as an innocent life is in a critical but stable state, and Loyiso runs to the arms of a secret lover. Khulile and Lucas reveal an ace up their sleeves.

Following the attack at his home, Loyiso starts to understand how dangerous of a game the comrades are willing to pay to cover their tracks. Junior is left with regrets following his actions.

The Oliphant children plan to take a road trip to visit a relative, but they get the shock of their lives when their grandfather reveals to them about their journey.
