Wanja is thrown out of the house. She seeks refuge at Ngashs' place in the ghetto. Makena blames Zula for being ruthless to the daughter.
Wanja has a terrible fever, sending Ng'ash into an immediate mayhem. With less cash on him, he calls his side girlfriend Shiks for some cash, and rushes Wanja to hospital.
Wanja gains consciousness in the hospital all alone while Ng'ash has to find an explanation to Shiks and convince her otherwise, following the wet lady's clothes she found.
Makena goes to Wanja's friend Patricia, to help in the search for Wanja. Ng'ash has to find a way and have Shiks out of the house. He's running out of time.
Ng'ash goes to meet Kanambo and Mose. There's some dirty job being planned. Having Kanambo as the gang leader.
Zula's mansion is raided, Mose, Ng'ash and Kanambo manage get away with an unknown amount of cash. Kanambo is stressed, they leave the mansion with Zula shot dead.
Wanja wants to know where Ng'ash has been all night long, Ng'ash won't open up about the tormenting moment of the robbery which led to Zula's death.
The family is in great shock, while Zula's secret second wife shows up, joining the grieving moment, with her daughter Kim. Wanja gets back home to grieve.
Wanja calls Ng'ash at the hospital who manages to escape with her, giving Makena a hard time searching all over.
Kanambo blames her sister Makena for being personal and selfish. Amber dominates the mansion, claiming equal rights to everything owned by Zula.
While Ng'ash is away, Shiks has an encounter with Wanja. She learns Ng'ash has been playing her. Dora accidentally triggers Kim's allergic condition which goes out of hand.
Amber teaches Dora a lesson when Kim is discharged from hospital, while burial moments are ongoing. Taji, Amber's first born son shows up.
Mr. Zula is laid peacefully in his grave, Wanja shows up the burial but she seems to have disconnected by her family. Taji introduces himself to Wanja as Zula's son.
Taji gets time to settle after his hectic arrival directly to the burial. Makena and Amber's rivalry intensifies when Amber asks Alex as the family lawyer to present late Zula's will.
Ng'ash blames Shiks for messing up with his relation with Wanja. Pat has been having a secret affair with Alex and can't risk having Wanja know any time soon.
Amber is still onto Makena's 'neck' suspecting her for the raid plot while detectives make a grand return to the mansion for investigations.
The tension in the mansion intensifies as all possible evidence suggests that someone in the family must have collaborated with the robbers. Mose finds himself in cornered.
Mose pleads for his dear life in the hands of Kanambo. Taji makes a move and visits Wanja at Ng'ash place in the ghetto. Makena finds herself in search of her sister Kanambo.
Kanambo blackmails Makena by offering her revenge to Zula's death, ending up killing an innocent teen. Kanambo uses a video of Makena doing the killing as bait.
Makena's signature drafts ends up on Dora's hands. Zakayo, Zula's alleged brother shows up at the mansion, claiming that culture mandates him to inherit Zula's wives.
Mose's disappearance is alarming, with no one having a clue where he could be, Zakayo gets into Makena and Amber's necks trying to overpower them.
Wanja turns down Makena's request of getting back home, accusing her to be the cause of her miscarriage. Taji is robbed by some ghetto goons.
Alex shows up at the mansion with the forged will read. Taji manages to have Wanja back home attending the will reading session.
The family is in total chaos after the will is read, having recognized Makena as the most inherited with Amber getting nothing. Wanja isn't pleased by everything.
Makena makes a move by calling the police to kick Amber, Kim and Taji out of the house claiming even Zula's will didn't recognize them.
Amber, Kim and Taji finds themselves devastated taking refuge in a hotel. Alex and Makena rejoice their sudden fake win over Amber.
Mose is getting weaker from the torture he got which he's not ready to open up about yet, he wants Shiks to call Ng'ash hoping he will aid in taking him to hospital.
Ng'ash wakes up not finding Wanja in the house, his worry of a possible break up intensifies. Zakayo is all over Makena, wanting to have a romantic moment with her.
After knowing Amber is directly involved in Zula's death, Pablo wants to take advantage of the situation and lay her down.
Jacob appears to Kanambo and is ashamed by how Kanambo broke their long time trust, conducting the raid carelessly and have Zula killed.
Pat wants to open up to Wanja about Alex having an affair with Makena, she wants to pay a visit to Wanja in the ghetto.
Wanja gets back home, taking a little break from Ng'ash and his unfaithful acts. She seeks refuge in alcohol, a new habit that nobody can stop her at ease.
Amber gets some documents which she desperately needed, when she failed to present evidence of her being Zula's legal wife. Her energy of facing Makena is re-ignited.
Having called Pat to the mansion to come talk to Wanja reduce her alcoholism, Makena is shocked seeing Amber, Kim and Taji back with full confidence.
Shiks plans a manipulative ambush to Ng'ash, but is disappointed when she finds Ng'ash is not at home and won't pick her calls.
Taji and Kim coincidentally find a very small remnant of the signature scribbled paper which Zakayo used to smoke tobacco with, their hope fades off in proving Makena's evil acts.
Zakayo feels Makena has to pay him for destroying the evidence. Amber overhears Zakayo talking about the evidence paper. Proving Kim has all been right about it.
Taji doesn't give up on Wanja after her previous night's dramatic comeback, drunk to the extremity. Ng'ash confesses about Makena and Kanambo's mysterious closeness.
Ng'ash loses trust in Kanambo after she confesses of being Makena's sister. He feels it's just a matter of time before Kanambo sets him up.
Pat fails to tell Wanja what really made her risk going all the way to hood, Kanambo uses Nga'sh and Wanja's relationship status to reveal her long time lust on him.
Taji shocks Makena when he makes his way into Zula's study room using a total different key which he claims he was given by late Zula. Amber is not spared in the shock.
Jacob's pressure makes Kanambo uneasy. Amber notices the bond between Taji and Pat which upsets her. Wanja for the first time realizes a CCTV camera in the house.
Wanja confronts Makena after seeing the CCTV footage, an evidence that Makena was behind her miscarriage, she opens up being aware of Makena and Alex's affair.
Amber sends Alex his photo with Makena while having a romantic moment. Makena really wants to know what Amber did to Alex making him flee out of the mansion terrified.
In the quest to know why Alex fled out of the mansion, Makena finds some lady's attire in Alex's house. Alex reveals Amber knowing about their affair.
Amber is ambushed by some goons, she's given a deadline to pay the missing money. Makena goes to see Pablo only to interrupt and intimate moment between him and Amber.
Pat gets more trust from Taji when she gives Kim first aid after a small accident by the pool side, Makena dupes amber and Pablo pretending like she has deleted the footage.
Alex feels something is off with Pat, her overstay at the mansion is questionable, knowing very well they have never been in good terms with Wanja since school.
Amber feels Makena's confidence is out of reach, she doubts if she deleted the video she captured back at the hotel with Pablo.
Ng'ash seeks refuge at Shiks evading the danger from the goons. Wanja makes her way to the hood, looking for Kanambog, she has to confirm what Makena told her is true.
Ng'ash is almost caught again with Shiks. Zakayo faces it rough when he decides to find ways to manipulate Amber and Makena in a desperate attempt to win their attention.
Pat lies to Alex that she's going to meet Wanja only to go out with Taji and Kim, Alex spies on their ice-cream moment. Wanja gets back home furious confronting Makena.

Wanja has gone missing. Things takes a different turn when Ng'ash goes to the mansion and shows the family a suicide note Wanja left previous night when she visited his home.
Shiks visits the neighboring village in intentions of relocating and starting over only to be shocked with the fact that she can't run away from who she really is.
Shiks coincidentally rescues Wanja in the neighboring village where Wanja had intended to commit suicide by drowning herself into the river.
Amber's goons manages to trace Pat and capture her, Pat failing to confess where the money is, she ends up in the same dungeon where Alex is held captive.
In the quest of getting a fraction of Zula's wealth, Amber feels Wanja is better off remaining wherever she is or even dead. Kanambo and Ng'ash team up in the search of Wanja.
Shiks goes to visit a broken Lucas who believes something worse could have happened to Wanja. Shiks however doesn't disclose about Wanja's suicidal ordeal.
Pat manages to escape Amber's claws, and gets to Taji for help. Taji feels the pain of Amber denying him his right to love while she's the one who made Pat the monster.
Amber wants Pat out of the mansion. Taji confronts Amber for hypocrisy, she has been calling Pat names, just to discourage him to take her as a wife.
Taji organizes an impromptu marriage with Pat after engaging her, Pat feels everything has to happen immediately avoiding Alex's interruptions who is on the loose.
Out of anger Ng'ash dismisses all the marriage arrangements he had planned with Shiks, knowing Shiks wanted to dupe him, this brings Wanja and Ng'ash even closer.
Wanja and Ng'ash get married at the registrar, Shiks having following every move, she vows to make their life miserable, by exposing the CCTV footage of the night of the raid.
