Owami gets invited to a NubiaBlaq launch party under the disguise of being a potential brand ambassador. MaGqoji is discharged and remains on the waiting list for surgery.
Zinhle sells Owami a false dream about NubiaBlaq before giving her money as a gift. MaGqoji instructs Kgomotso to stay away from Buhle, and they have an altercation with Mama Zikode.
Siv informs his mother about his plans to pay Lobola for Owami. Hlubi teases Siv about Owami's recent social life; however, Siv is not bothered by the projection of insecurities.
Owami is conflicted by the decision to commit to The Girlfriend Experience fully. MT tricks Minnie into oversharing about Owami, and he has a field day with the info.
Owami has managed to raise the money needed for the surgery. Siv and his mom have a distasteful exchange of words. Aus Maria gives Owami a final written warning.
Buhle is worried about her mother's surgery. Minnie has not returned home, and Owami' is scared.
Buhle is bullied by Palesa, who claims Owami is the reason for Minnie's disappearance. The detective finds compromising pictures of himself and Owami that could destroy his marriage and reputation.
Buhle is over the moon with Owami's apartment. Siv celebrates Owami's apartment with a housewarming gift. Zam is fed up with Minnie, as the video she posted was the last straw.
Owami and her mother's argument escalates to the point where Buhle discovers that her father is counsellor Mofokeng. NubiaBlaq has a new client wanting to join ever since the MT video.
Owami promises to leave GFE as she can't imagine a world without Siv. Mr Mofokeng takes Buhle into his home against his wife's wishes.
Buhle tells Mr Mofokeng that there will be a spring ball at her school, and she needs a dress. MT receives a new scoop about Owami from an anonymous source.
Buhle confronts Owami after Zam's unexpected visit. Owami answers a call from a helpless Anele. Mr Mofokeng is putting effort into co-parenting with MaGqoji, and Buhle is overjoyed.
