A comical season premiere. When 40-year-old Liza struggles to find employment, she pretends to be 26 years old in order to get a job at a publishing house.

As she settles into her new life, Liza is tasked with marketing an older writer to a younger audience. She decides to go on a blind date with a man close to her age.

Liza struggles with the anxiety of sex with Josh and gets a little help from Maggie. Meanwhile, Kelsey pulls out all the stops to land a hot new author while Diana dips her toe into the online dating pool.

A surprise run-in causes Liza to reevaluate her feelings for Josh, and a celebration leads to a rough day at the office for Kelsey.

Liza joins Kelsey's inner circle and neglects Maggie at the worst possible time. Diana's excited by the arrival of a handsome and potentially soon-to-be-divorced publisher.

Liza is tasked with running a book launch party for a notoriously demanding author. Maggie runs into an old crush, while Kelsey starts to fall for her new author.
