How do I create and manage a profile?

Personalize your Showmax experience by creating profiles for each of your household members, including your little ones.

 

Profiles can be created and editing from the Profiles screen.

Create profiles

 

• Log into showmax.com or launch the Showmax app.
• Access the Profiles screen via the Profile icon on the nav bar.
• Scroll or swipe right, then click on the + icon to create a new account.
• Choose an avatar.
• Select Yes or No at the Kids profile question.
• Then enter the profile name and click Done.

Manage Profiles

 

• Log into showmax.com or launch the Showmax app.
• Access the Profiles screen via the Profile icon on the nav bar.
• Choose the profile you want to edit.
• Click on the pencil icon below the profile name.

 

Once in the Settings menu you can:

 

• Change the profile avatar
• Edit the profile name
• Change the display language of the profile
• Set up Parental Controls
• Set autoplay preferences for previews and next videos
• Delete the profile
