Nimimi decides to violate Mbura's orders to help Jasiri. Bi Komo almost discovers Kalume and his gang as the ones behind Jasiri's attack.
Msiri begs the gods to save them from the calamity. Stress sends Mbura into drunkenness. Kalume gets worries after the attack on Jasiri.
Mbura intensifies his efforts on banning the entry of medical drugs into the island which lead him into incessant fights with Nimimi.
Nimimi blames Mbura for throwing a party for the whole region instead of purchasing drugs to fight the diseases troubling the island.
Mbura is troubled with his state of not having a child with Nimimi. Bi Komo hands Nuru some medicine which she believes will heal Jasiri's wound.
The tussle between Nimimi and Mbura goes over the edge. Nimimi shuts down the hospital following the lack of drugs after Mbura's order.
Jasiri quickly recovers without knowing how. Sudi brings Karembo to the palace in search of a job; Nimimi threatens to throw her out but Mbura forces for her employment.
Mbura sends Sudi on another secret plot to Jasiri. Nuru tussles with Safira. Karembo vows to fight back at Nimimi in the event she bothers her.
Kalume is shocked at Nuru's denial of ever being in any relationship with him. Kalume's goons stick a warning letter on Jasiri's door.
Kalume and Nuru fall into a deep argument. Nimimi suspects Mbura of having slept with a woman in the palace only that she is oblivious of the woman's identity.
Kalume heads to his father for advice after what he did to Jasiri. Nimimi blames Mbura for employing people for his personal reasons.
Karembo begins to experience strange body feelings after sleeping with Mbura. Jinale reports Nuru to Bi Komo but the responds she gets is discouraging.
Mbura denies his involvement in Karembo's state. He also refuses being interrogated by Nimimi in Sudi's presence.
Mbura is immersed in deep thoughts causing Nimimi to worry. Nimimi heads and informs Bundez that Karembo fainted at work after which they all head to the hospital.
Mbura hears matron mentioning him as the one responsible for Karembo's pregnancy.
