    Maki is turned. She is now firmly behind Masabatta. Masabatta proceeds to close down the contraband completely.

    Masabatta is in huge control of the prison. Even some of the wardens are now acolytes. There are no drugs. No contraband. And unhappy, violent and fighting inmates.
