Three couples are taken back to where their first dates happened. They reflect on the crossroads they find themselves in and the speed bumps leading to their XO Goals.
Our couples are navigating to their first X'pert consultations, where a lot of truth and past wounds are re-opened for Tebogo and Nathi. Kedi and Simphiwe need to learn to communicate. Tracy tells Siphelele that she's done.
The three couples get to do their first X'cersizes from their previous consultations, which leaves Tebogo emotional as she reflects on those past hurts by writing her angry letter to Nathi.
XO introduces us to the fourth couple, Itumeleng and Mathapelo. Gogo Dineo has a lot to unpack regarding childhood traumas.
Itu and Mathapelo receive a love letter in the form of gym gear. Gogo Dineo follows up with Tebogo about her letter to Nathi, while Sphe and Tracy get emotional as they read more letters.
Sphe, Tracy, Simphiwe and Kedi realise that their XO Goals are at threat because of money. Itumeleng has to finalise his lobola money with his uncle.
Our couples attempt to unlearn old patterns. Itumeleng wants to be the man in the relationship. Tracy confronts her dad. Simphiwe faces her childhood trauma.
Sphe and Tracy have the kids joining them for the school holidays, and Sphe wants them to stay permanently. Itumeleng's mom has hesitations with the lobola letter.
The four couples go on a holiday while Tebogo is left alone to journey this last chapter. It is all pampering and love for everyone until the ladies need to release the past, which ends in more tears.
Tempers are raised, and the hidden truth and honesty become the menu at the dinner table hosted by Moshe Ndiki.
