How do I check if my subscription is active?

To check is you have an active subscription follow the below steps:

 

1. Go to Showmax.com and sign in.
2. Go to Account via the top-right menu bar.
3. Select Plans & Payment.
4. Check the Your Plan section to see your active subscriptions and plans.

 

Note: If your plan will come to an end soon, you'll see a notification at the top of Plans & Payments in your Account.
