Troubleshooting issues downloading the Showmax app

Check your location

Turn off your VPN

Showmax cannot be accessed through proxy or unblocking (VPN) services. These include DNS or VPN services (e.g. UnoTelly) and data compression proxy services (e.g. Google Data Saver). Turn off your VPN while trying to download the Showmax app.

Change network connection

If you're seeing the issue using mobile data, try switching to Wi-Fi or vice versa
