I'm seeing a message saying I've already created an account with my email address or mobile
Each Showmax account must have a unique email address and password associated with it. If you need to create a new account, try using a different email address or mobile number.
I already have a Showmax account
If you already have an account, simply sign in using your existing credentials!

Once you're signed in, you can reactivate your subscription, switch plans, change your payment method, or simply start enjoying your content!
I've started signing up but didn't complete all of the steps
If you started signing up and have already created your Account, you don't have to start again from the beginning. You'll know your Account has been created if you've received an email asking you to verify your email address. To finish setting up:
- Go to Showmax.com and sign in.
- Go to Account via the top-right menu bar.
- Select Plans & Payment.
- In the Add Plan section, click the Add Plan button.
- Choose your plan and follow the instructions to pay.
If you started signing up but haven't received an email from us, you may not have created your Account and will need to start sign up again. Take a look at How do I sign up for Showmax? for details on the sign up steps.
I'm having issues with my payment
If you received an error message when paying for Showmax, take a look at What should I do if my payment method has been declined? for troubleshooting steps, or see How can I pay for Showmax? for alternative payment methods.
To check your payment was successful:
- Go to Showmax.com and sign in.
- Go to Account via the top-right menu bar.
- Select Plans & Payment.
- In the Payment Method section, check your chosen payment method is visible.

I've signed up for Showmax but I can't view content on my device
